Real House, Real Damage
One of the problems with a lot of adjuster training is that it’s done using “mock-ups” or the training is done virtually. While these methods have their place, the best way to learn is by being in a real house with real damage. In addition you need an instructor who has the expertise and has the heart of a teacher.
I will teach you how to scope a loss, damage and material identification, home construction, and which line items to use so you can write accurate estimates. These skills are lacking in our industry but they don’t have to be lacking with you!
Almost all adjuster training is a package deal. Which means you buy the package and the training will include something you don’t need help with. My one on one training is different because the you don’t have to fit the training. The training fits you.
