hANDS-on Adjuster Training

‍ ‍Scoping & Estimating in a Real, Damaged House

One of the problems with many adjuster training programs is that they rely on mock-ups or virtual instruction. While those methods can be helpful, the best way to learn how to handle real claims is by working inside a real house with real damage.

That’s exactly what this training provides.

Instead of learning from slides or simulations, you will inspect actual roofs, elevations, and interior damage while learning the process experienced adjusters use in the field.

During the training I will walk you through how to:

• Properly scope a loss
• Identify damaged materials and building components
• Understand basic home construction
• Determine what is damaged and what is not
• Select the correct Xactimate line items to write accurate estimates

These are the skills many new adjusters struggle with early in their careers—but they don’t have to be difficult once you understand the process.

Another difference with this training is the extremely small class size. Each class is limited to only two students, which allows for focused instruction and plenty of opportunity to ask questions while we work through real damage together.

Most training programs require you to fit into a fixed curriculum. This training is different. Because of the small class size, the instruction can focus on the areas where you need the most improvement.

If you want hands-on experience instead of theory, this training will help you build the confidence and skills needed to handle real claims.
