You’ll learn how experienced adjusters approach a loss by inspecting actual roofs, exteriors, and interior damage while building an estimate in Xactimate.
During the training you will learn how to:
• Properly scope a loss
• Identify building materials and construction methods
• Determine what is damaged and what is not
• Select the correct Xactimate line items to write accurate estimates
Class size is limited to two students to allow for focused instruction and plenty of time for questions.
If you want real-world experience instead of theory, this training will help you build the confidence and process needed to handle real claims.
Days 1–3:
You’ll receive full hands-on training on scoping, estimating, and writing complete Xactimate estimates using real-world loss scenarios.
Day 4 – *Xactimate Mobile Training:
On Day 4, you’ll learn how to effectively use Xactimate Mobile in the field, including:
Capturing photos and sketches on-site
Using mobile tools to speed up inspections
Syncing mobile data with desktop Xactimate
Improving efficiency and accuracy in real-world claim handling
*You will need a iPhone or iPad that has LiDAR. If you do not have an iPad but you would like to take the training email me and I can provide a loaner.
