This is the live virtual training which takes place inside a real house with real damage, not a classroom.
You’ll learn how experienced adjusters approach a loss by inspecting actual roofs, exteriors, and interior damage while building an estimate in Xactimate.
During the training you will learn how to:
• Properly scope a loss
• Identify building materials and construction methods
• Determine what is damaged and what is not
• Select the correct Xactimate line items to write accurate estimates
Class size is limited to 10 students to allow for focused instruction and plenty of time for questions.
