Whether you’re a desk or field adjuster this training will allow you to take part in an actual roof inspection, live.
During the training you will learn how to:
Ladder setup
Identify wind and hail damage
Inspection process and test squares
Select the correct Xactimate line items to write accurate estimates
How to build an estimate for a roof repair, partial roof replacement and a full roof replacement
Class size is limited to 15 students to allow for focused instruction and plenty of time for questions.
If you want real-world experience instead of theory, this training will help you build the confidence handle roof claims
